Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and other external partners, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare and manage real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of all real estate transactions.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including preparing listing materials, updating website content, and managing social media accounts.
  • Conduct market research and compile data reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage and maintain client databases and filing systems.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software programs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid real estate license is a plus, but not required.
